GymUp – is an application that combines highly functional training notebook, a huge database of exercises and training programs. You can choose a suitable training program from the directory and start immediately to engage. Our arrangement will be described in detail over 500 exercises! Over time, you will be able to get detailed and multi-faceted statistics, which will allow us to plan approaches, weight and repetitions.
+ Find a suitable program for yourself in the directory, using the filter settings (performance of place, gender, amount of training, etc.).
